Purpose: The Administrative Office of the Courts has developed this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of soliciting, evaluating, and selecting a vendor in a fair and competitive manner for a contract to provide substance use treatment and drug testing. The focus of the Substance Use Treatment Services contract is to provide substance use treatment and drug testing services to the participants of the Gallup Magistrate DWI Treatment Court Program. Substance use treatment services shall include but are not limited to:  evidence based screening and assessments that are frequent and include mental health; evidence based treatment that include trauma services, individual therapy, group counseling; individual treatment plans; cognitive behavior therapies; gender-specific treatment; addresses culturally specific needs; relapse prevention; continuing care; case management services; court liaison services; drug and alcohol testing; and aftercare services.

RFP Name: Development of Educational Videos for Legal Assistance

Purpose: The New Mexico Courts operate a number of self-help centers designed to help self-represented litigants in civil legal matters where they are unable to get legal advice. These centers provide legal information about the legal process and provide resources to guide a help the self-represented litigants through whatever legal issues they may be facing. The AOC has worked on producing a limited number of short videos to explain legal concepts to individuals in an effort to educate self-represented litigants and to demystify the process. This RFP seeks a provider to build on these existing resources to help expand the materials available to assist self-represented litigants.
